Carvão restaurant
Within the special events of Porto Wine Day 2016, this year celebrating the 260th anniversary of the Douro Region’s Demarcation (1756-2016), Quinta do Infantado and Carvão restaurant held a wine dinner on the 7th of September.
Simultaneously, and very on the same tone, this dinner launched the celebration of another anniversary, that of Quinta do Infantado: 1816–2016, two hundred years of passion and innovation in tradition.
Chef Miguel Morais created the menu, Quinta do Infantado selected the wines:
