In the case of Quinta do Infantado, even before pruning begins, the olive groves must be cleaned and the olives harvested. But, of course, the main focus is the vineyard. Few know that the grapevine is a two-year cycle plant, with the potential production of 2020 already predetermined in the plant since the previous year!
